1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at winding-haven.com or using any of our pet care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Winding Haven provides professional pet care services including but not limited to:

• Pet grooming
• Pet boarding
• Behavioural training
• Puppy daycare
• Pet wellness checks

Service availability may vary and is subject to our operational capacity and your pet's suitability for our programs.

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We require:

• Minimum 24 hours notice for grooming cancellations
• Minimum 48 hours notice for boarding cancellations
• Minimum 24 hours notice for training session cancellations

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

4. Pet Requirements

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all animals in our care, we require:

• Current vaccinations (C5 for dogs, F3 for cats) administered at least 14 days prior to service
• Pets must be free from contagious diseases, parasites, and fleas
• Disclosure of any behavioural issues, health conditions, or special needs
• Pets must be in generally good health

We reserve the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.

5. Liability and Care Standards

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort, you acknowledge that:

• Pet care involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated
• We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions
• Minor incidents such as scratches from play are possible in group settings
• We will seek veterinary care in emergencies and you authorise such treatment

6. Emergency Veterinary Care

By using our services, you authorise Winding Haven to seek emergency veterinary care for your pet if we deem it necessary. You agree to be responsible for all veterinary costs incurred. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before seeking treatment, except in life-threatening situations.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our Services page.

8. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Use the site to transmit malicious software or content
